Did you know you can request a callback from a software trainer? The trainer will answer any Venus® 1500 questions you or your customers may have. Simply:
- Go to www.daktronics.com/support
- Scroll down and click on the “CONTACT A TRAINER” blue button to the right.
When you choose “Venus 1500 Support,” a drop down of the most frequently asked questions with the answers appears. One of these may solve your problem. But if you still need to talk to someone, click “SCHEDULE A CALLBACK.”
