Are you up against low-quality LED signs, including ones customers can order online from overseas? What can you say to customers who only care about a low price?

Explain to them how important it is to buy from a reputable, local sign company selling a reliable product. Ask the following questions to reveal the high cost of buying cheap:

Product testing
Do you know if the product is tested, and how it is tested? What steps have the LED vendor’s engineers made to make sure the sign can withstand the elements and keep running?

 Ownership costs: operation
What design features make the sign as energy-efficient as it can be? Can the vendor give you an approximate cost of power usage?

 Technical support
If you run into trouble, what kind of technical support comes with this sign? Where will replacement parts be coming from? How much will it cost you if the display quits running?

Display lifetime
How long will the LED sign vendor stand behind their product? How stable is the company?
