Have you ever used interactivity as a selling point? Explain to your potential clients that a message center empowers them to change a passive customer into an active one.
Customers can play a part in the process by reacting to the retailer’s message. Here are some sample messages retailers can use:
- Social media info (check us out on Facebook)
- Web site (visit to order)
- Phone number (call us for more info)
- Call to action (ask about today’s special)
- Specific questions to solicit feedback (see photo)
Interactivity is a very influential advertising method. Younger buyers especially appreciate the opportunity to take some kind of action.
