Venus 1500 Support During the Holidays

Did you know that Daktronics has several online resources you can utilize at any time, even during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays? Continue reading to find out more!

You can submit a request for help at our Contact A Trainer site if you have a question about certain features of the Venus® 1500 v4 software. Our typical response time is less than four hours during Daktronics corporate business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST).

We also will respond to requests over the holidays, except for December 24th, 25th, and January 1st. Please use the following resources, available 24/7, on those dates.

The Venus 1500 Learning Center is a great place to visit if you want to learn about Venus 1500 v4 software basics. If you already know the basics, you can learn to get more out of your software. It’s loaded with videos and tutorials that will keep you busy for hours!

You can visit the Venus 1500 Software Support website if you are experiencing any problems or issues with your Venus 1500 v4 software. Use the search box if you are experiencing a problem and find answers in our Knowledge Base. It also includes a list of commonly asked questions to make searching even easier for you!
