Are you aware of the people Daktronics has in place to help your OOH business succeed? Whether you’re an industry veteran or buying your first digital advertising display, our people are ready to give you the help you’d expect from a partner.

After today’s general introduction, our OOH key players will reach out to you in future posts to share industry news, trends, photos, and relevant information.

Jeremy Johnson, OOH solutions and market manager (right, back), locates opportunities from studying market input, and develops strategies for customers. He recently attended the FEPE 56th Congress in Budapest.

Under the leadership of Collin Huber, sales manager (left, front), our account executives are ready to guide you through the entire process of going digital. We’ve located representatives throughout the world, so we’re in your back yard when you need support.

Product managers Lori Sieler (left, back) and Jess Koch use your feedback to develop the features you want in a digital advertising display and its management solution.

And as for support, we have 5 different groups in place to maximize your uptime:

  • Technical Monitoring
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Technical Help Desk
  • Field Technicians
  • Account Service Managers

Our legislation team, Roger Brown and Angela Bailey, work on behalf of the industry, educating communities about brightness, hold times, and traffic safety.

Our content group, led by Gina Petersen, educates owners and clients about creating messages specifically for digital advertising, from billboards and street furniture to landmark displays. Creative Services also will evaluate your content upon request.

Joni Schmeichel (front, right) heads up the marketing team. She helps owners generate customers and promotes your company via many different information channels.
