To get the most out of your MySupport account:
- Create service cases online – Skip the phone call and create a new service case within your MySupport account to request parts and/or on-site service.
- Review tracking information – By checking back on your open service cases, you can track both parts and service. View the arrival time and name of the technician that will be assisting you.
- View open cases – View your open service cases and review case notes on what work is being performed. You also have the ability to add any notes or attachments you feel are necessary.
MySupport will also automatically send email and/or text notifications when a new note is entered on your service cases. To set or update your notifications preferences, go to the My Account tab in your MySupport account, then select Notification Preferences.
