Once again, it’s the time of year to set our clocks back an hour. Whether you Google the time, use sayings such as “Fall back, Spring ahead” or rely on blogs such as this one to remind you, we’re moving from daylight saving to standard time. That is unless you live in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, and Arizona (with the exception of the state’s Navajo Nation). Most of Canada observes daylight saving time, except for most of Saskatchewan and parts of northeastern British Columbia.
This all means that at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 4, we set our clocks back one hour. You’ll also want to consider how this affects your Venus 1500 controlled display. Please reference this article to see if you need to take any additional steps to make sure your display makes the move to standard time with you: Timing is Everything: Daylight Saving Time Begins on March 11, 2018
We have provided extensive coverage of Daylight Saving Time in the past, so you may also read our previous blogs to learn more.
