If you use more than one playlist to schedule a variety of content on your Daktronics display, you might want some extra help from our Scheduled Content View. This is the same view that was accessible from the Tools tab, but now placed into the Scheduling App for easier access and workflow!

To access the Scheduled Content View, navigate to the Scheduling App from the Launchpad or Apps view.

Once there, you’ll see the Scheduled Content icon on the left Nav menu.

In Basic and Select packages, you will only be able to view one display for one day at a time. For Professional and Enterprise packages, you can view up to 10 displays at a time for one day.

To view the scheduled content for a specific display and date, click on the calendar to choose the date you want to see. Then, click on “Select Display” and choose the display you want to view. Here’s an example of what the Scheduled Content View looks like:

This view represents VCS packages Basic and Select

This view represents VCS packages Professional and Enterprise with the new ability to view Advanced Details of each daypart. Clicking on a desired file name in Advanced Details will highlight the lines of future exposures for that file.

As you can see, the Scheduled Content View gives you a simple visual representation of the content that will run on your display in a 24-hour period. Each item only appears once per time frame, so this view doesn’t show the exact order in which the items will play. To see the exact order, you’ll need to refer to your playlists and, if available, your playlist priority

If you click on an item in the Scheduled Content View, you can view the Schedule Details for that item. This includes information such as the number of times the item will play per day (Exposures), the length of time the item will play per exposure (Duration), the total amount of play time for the item per day (Total Play Time), the name of the playlist the item is in (Playlist Details), and if you are in an AdGrid account there will be a section describing the Sales details (Sales).

Scheduled Content Report

If you want to save or print this information, Professional and Enterprise Package accounts have the ability to run a Scheduled Content Report. This report will need to be ran from the current date, up to 14 days in advanced. To do this, navigate to the Reporting App from the Launchpad or Apps menu. From there, select “Add New” and choose the “Scheduled Content Report” option. This report can be printed or saved as a .csv document:
