Auburn Flying High with Daktronics and War Eagle Productions

When Auburn University was looking to supplement the exceptional work being done by their own War Eagle Productions team at the multiple live events taking place across their on-campus facilities. A consistent understanding of the control solution and accompanying processes would bring continuity to all these events and provide an easier transition from one event to the next.

THE SOLUTION
With Daktronics control solutions on campus, Auburn turned to the Daktronics Professional Services team for an on-site event producer. This Daktronics employee works full-time on the Auburn campus to support the control solutions at multiple venues for War Eagle Productions and the university.

This event producer prepares and operates the Show Control System for live events including Auburn Tigers football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, equestrian, gymnastics, soccer, and swimming and diving. This Daktronics expert also develops a team of students to assist with simultaneous events as the university hosts over 150 events per year.

As an added bonus, a Daktronics employee working on site can also manage potential service requests and even make fixes well before they become emergent.

THE RESULT
Auburn University has their own Daktronics expert on campus to ensure all control needs are met and the control systems are operating as expected. The university has peace-of-mind in knowing there is a dedicated individual to troubleshoot and maintain those control systems while integrating that individual into the game-day production with the War Eagle Productions team.
