I don’t know about you, but I’m very excited it’s almost fall and to have college football back on TV. The 2022 season technically began last Saturday, Aug. 27, in this year’s “Week Zero.” However, this week, most of the nation in the FBS and FCS will start “Week 1” of the 2022 college football season. Most of these games will kick off this Saturday, Sept. 3, over Labor Day weekend.
To help welcome in this year’s college football season, we thought we’d share something fun that we’ve been working on in our marketing group at Daktronics. There are many times we are asked who has the largest video board in college football, or in a specific conference. So we have been gathering some data for all the schools across the Power 5 Conferences (the Big Ten Conference, the Big 12 Conference, the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), the Pac-12 Conference and the Southeastern Conference (SEC)) and created a set of infographics to show you how each school ranks in the overall size of their video board. We do recognize that the market is ever-changing and evolving, but this is based on our most recent data. Enjoy!
