Content is king.

Your customers need the kind of effective, fresh messages that drive sales. If your company sells content, or your LED vendor offers content packages, let customers know how to access what they need. Also, do you or your vendor have a content best practices guide?

Stay in touch.

So, stay in touch with customers by scheduling triggers using your Outlook email service or your CRM tool. Think about how often you want to reach out—once a year, twice a year? Supporting customers in this way will make them think immediately of your sign company when they need help.
