Which is why we are excited to announce that you will now have access to Daktronics MySupport, an online customer portal individualized for you. MySupport will provide access to Daktronics support services when you need and how you need it.
MySupport features include the ability to:
- View open cases – View your open service cases and review notes on what work is being performed.
- Check order status – View order status details such as the arrival time and name of the technician performing your service.
- Create a new service case – Request parts and on-site service by creating a new service case.
- Verify account information – Ensure contacts and addresses are correct and communicate any necessary changes with Daktronics. You can also provide feedback on future MySupport enhancements.
