Memorable game days require more than just a great video display.  For upcoming NCAA and NFL seasons, event producers will play a pivotal role in generating amazing experiences for fans during the game, however, concepts for big game moments began several months ago.  Event producers coordinate and plan many aspects that build up to the first game of the year,  including season planning, content management, evaluating control system/hardware readiness, and administrative tasks.

Katie Windham, one of our Daktronics Event Producers, recently shared a checklist of the activities she follows to prepare for the football season at James Madison University.  So far, she has spent the off season working with marketing teams, coordinating content, scheduling video shoots, and updating any emergency messaging.

As this season is draws near, our event producers are working to ensure control systems, data feeds,  and displays are fully operational for the first kick off of the football season.

Feel confident that our trained and experienced personnel will take care of the details, allowing you to focus on other key areas surrounding the event.
