When Harkley Thornton, owner and president of Outlook Media in Orlando, Florida, decided to purchase a second billboard for his advertising agency, he knew he would be working with Daktronics.
This is Thornton’s fourth time buying from Daktronics. He discovered Daktronics when making his company’s previous purchase of a digital billboard. “We went through all of the different digital companies and a combination of me and my head of sales decided on Daktronics,” Thornton said.
He said he was impressed by the service Daktronics provided and his sales representative Jesse Ulrickson.
Along with the two billboards Outlook Media owns and manages, he also manages two Daktronics displays at Full Sail University in Orlando. Thornton recommended Daktronics products to Full Sail University for graphics and advertising on campus. When the university representatives went to check where its other displays were from, they discovered the school was already a Daktronics customer. The school then purchased four digital billboards.
Thornton is very pleased with his most recent installation that is now up and running, and he doesn’t expect his partnership with Daktronics to end here.
“Hopefully by the first quarter of next year, we’re going to buy three more,” Thornton said.
